The Fourth Issue of Artistam International Art Magazine Has Been Released.

■ The fourth issue of Artistam Magazine was released in Autumn ۲۰۲۵ with a focus on the art of jewelry and adornment. This issue features works by ۱۳ distinguished Iranian artists, and Ms. Nasim Malmir has been selected as Artistam’s Featured Artist for Autumn ۲۰۲۵. It also includes five research articles by the magazine’s contributing literary and art critics Behnam Shahhosseini and Laleh Molla, as well as two guest writers, Dr. Mitra Bostani and Dr. Soraya Mohammadi. Artistam Magazine is available for purchase through Amazon International Publishing in both Kindle and print editions. ■ The preparation and publication of the fourth issue of Artistam Magazine took place amid the difficult days of the Twelve-Day War, economic crisis, and internal protests in Iran—carried out with deep sorrow and, at the same time, hope for better days ahead.

Submissions Closed and Jurying Begins for Artistam’s Autumn ۲۰۲۵ Issue

With the close of the registration period, the evaluation phase for the Autumn edition of the International Journal of Artistam will begin, conducted by selected members of the editorial board and guest jurors. Once the scoring process is complete and the outstanding works are identified, the participating artists will be contacted via email.

Deadline Extended for the Autumn ۲۰۲۵ Issue of Artistam Magazine

■ Due to the submission difficulties experienced in the final days and numerous requests from applicants, the deadline for participating in the call for the Autumn ۲۰۲۵ issue of Artistam International Magazine has been extended to October ۳۱, ۲۰۲۵. Please note that this is the final deadline and will not be extended again. We kindly ask artists not to postpone sending their artworks and articles to the last days, considering the limited time required for translation and final preparation of the magazine.

Call for Papers and Artworks – ۴th Issue of Artistam International Art Magazine

■ The 4th issue of Artistam International Art Journal will be published in Autumn ۲۰۲۵, focusing on jewelry and adornment artworks and articles. Submissions are open-themed. Artists may submit their works for evaluation until October ۲۱, ۲۰۲۵.
■ Each selected artist will be given ۴ pages in the journal, including a biography and artworks.

Dr. Magdalena Hlawacz Joins the Editorial Board of Artistam Magazine

■ We are honored to welcome Dr. Magdalena Hlawacz, faculty member at the University of Opole, Poland, as a new member of the Editorial Board of Artistam Magazine.
■ Dr. Magdalena Hlawacz is a Polish visual artist and curator. She graduated from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Wrocław, Poland, earning a PhD in ۲۰۰۸ and a habilitation in ۲۰۱۵. She currently teaches at the Faculty of Art at the University of Opole, where she heads the Digital Printmaking Studio and serves as the Director of the Institute of Visual Arts.

Introducing Negin Navabi– Featured Artist of Fall ۲۰۲۴

■ Negin Navabi has been selected as the Featured Artist of Fall ۲۰۲۴ by the jury of Artistam Magazine.
■ In the Fall issue, dedicated to the arts of pottery, ceramics, and glass, the esteemed artist Ms. Negin Navabi presented three valuable works, earning the highest score from the editorial board members. As a result, she has been named the Featured Artist of the Fall ۲۰۲۴ issue of the international Artistam magazine.

≡ Biography: Negin Navabi
■ Negin Navabi, a ۵۶-year-old glass artist from Shiraz, Iran, has become a prominent figure in the Iranian art community. Initially studying Food Industries, she later shifted her focus to ceramics and ultimately mastered glass artistry, particularly in the technique of fused glass. Her training at Istanbul’s Glass Furnace School led her to become a resident artist there. Over more than ۱۵ years, Negin has introduced innovations in glass casting, including the development of a unique glass paste formula that enabled her to create highly expressive sculptures.

Introducing Navid Maghami – Featured Artist of Summer ۲۰۲۴

■ Navid Maghami was selected as the Featured Artist of Summer ۲۰۲۴ by the jury of Artistam Magazine.
■ In the summer issue, which was dedicated to the art of photography, the esteemed artist Mr. Navid Maghami received the highest score from the editorial board for his submission of three remarkable works, and was consequently recognized as the Featured Artist of the Summer ۲۰۲۴ edition of the international magazine Artistam.

≡ Biography of Navid Maghami
■ Navid Maghami, born in ۱۹۶۹ in Neyshabur, is a talented Iranian photographer with an artistic background that spans several decades. He was raised in a culturally rich family. From a young age, he was passionate about various art forms, including music, poetry, and photography—passions that eventually shaped his career path. Navid’s love for photography began when his father bought him his first camera, not knowing that his son would one day become one of the city’s most distinguished photographers. At the age of ten, Navid began capturing everyday moments of his family and friends, showcasing his natural talent even then.
